This Week: Flickr Highlights
I am not one for self portraits. The photo on my about page came about as the result from another photo challenge and although I am enormously glad that I took it, taking pictures of myself is not my favorite thing with one exception. Reflection shots. I'm not sure what it is about photographing myself in a reflective surface. I think maybe because it isn't just about me as the subject but the reflective surface and the surroundings of the photo that also add to the interest.
At the beginning of the year I started posting a mirror project photo once a week on my blog. You can find those and more reflection shots over here in this Flickr set. These photos have increased exponentially since I started the blog project and I think it will continue. It is fun.
