This Week: Space Center Houston / NASA
This is a capsule from the Mercury space program. Space Center Houston is the official visitors center of the Johnson Space Center located south of Houston. It has a number of real pieces of hardware like this along with models, mock ups and educational centers, not to mention a large children's play space, an IMAX theater, restaurant, gift shop, you get the idea. Space Center Houston was designed in part by Disney Imagineering.
