One of the events here in Houston during the holiday season is the Heritage Society's Candlelight Tour. The old houses are decorated in period decorations and the paths between the houses are lit with candles. My favorite location was the rose garden that had candle torches lining the rose garden pathway. It was SO beautiful and worth the price of admission.
